All fabric will be flat folded, unless you contact us to advise otherwise.

We use trusted couriers for our domestic shipping with two shipping options:

Standard Shipping	$15 +GST	Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway. (with tracking)	Allow 2-6 business days
Express Shipping	$20 +GST	Star Track or Australia Post (with tracking)	Allow 1-3 business days

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 1pm, however, this also depends on the size of the parcel and locations.

Please note: Only standard shipping can be sent to PO BOXES.
Authority to leave without signature (ATL)- all parcels sent will have ATL unless advised otherwise.

Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind. Once the fabric is cut we do not accept returns.

Suitability of material for usage and tests rest with the customer.

The colour of fabrics as depicted in our online store cannot be guaranteed, as colours may appear differently on monitors, tablets, phones etc. We do our best to accurately describe our fabrics, however, we would recommend you order a sample before placing your order.
